don't believe the hype

43 degrees yesterday and today... We spent New Year's Eve with some of Kylie's friends. Kim and Brendan have a farm about 20km south of Urana and Paula and Dave drove up from their property near Bonnie Doon. Everyone brought some food and we had a barbecue. This afternoon was spent mostly in the pool at Wendy and Jonathan's house (I don't usually go swimming but today was hot enough to be an exception). I really hate Albury summers... I can stand the wind and rain in winter, but not the heat.
